The title and theme for our 2012 Access to HE Conference is Access in a New Era. Speakers on the day will include Simon Hughes MP.
This sample tracking sheet is available to use by staff running Access to HE courses. This is optional. If providers are using their own tracking sheets they must clearly show learner names, unit titles and grades/credit levels achieved for each Diploma (rather than individual subject area).
The exemplar tracking sheet can be amended to add units and module titles.
From September 2010 all Access to HE providers will be required to use OCNLR's standard documentation for all aspects of assessment (including assignment briefs, feedback sheets and internal moderation). Please download from here, including the Guidance notes and the exemplars, and make available to all staff teaching on Access courses.
This example contents page can be used to order portfolios from the beginning of the year, however official Pre-RAC forms MUST be included in the portfolios at the time of final moderation, with portfolios arranged in that order.
