We work closely with local employers, agencies and universities to develop relevant courses and provide a gateway to all levels of learning, so that every student is able to progress as far as he or she wishes, including degree level. We are an adult education college and have many years of successful experience in meeting the particular needs of adult learners and helping them to progress. Our Access students are from all walks of life and are motivated by the need to use education as a career ladder into areas such as nursing, human sciences, music, social work, teaching, media, the humanities and social sciences, and to generally increase their skills, knowledge and employability.
