South Thames College (incorporating Merton College ) is a large further and higher education college attended by a wide range of students and offering a wide range of courses including the new Certificate of Progression (Level 2) as well as the new Diploma in Access to HE. We also offer opportunities for degree-level study.

The Access courses run at the Wandsworth and Tooting college centres. Both sites are easily accessible by public transport. We offer Access and Certificate of Progression courses to over 300 students each year and our Access students have a good record of progression to our own higher education courses, and to universities locally and throughout the country.

Support for students who are not speakers of English as their first language is available as well as for students who need to improve their English and maths. Specialist support is also available for individuals who may be dyslexic or have another difficulty, for instance with sight, hearing or mobility.
