Return of Learner Registration (LR) spreadsheets by EDI as soon as possible after the course begins but no later than:
- for courses of less than 12 weeks duration you must register learners within 25 working days of the start date of the course;
- for courses of 12 weeks duration or more you must register learners within 40 working days of the start date of the course.
Return of Amendment to Access to HE Diploma Request forms
- 31 December 2009 for the addition of units from the AVA unit bank (for use in the current academic year)
Return of Recommendations for Award of Credit (RAC) forms no later than:
- four weeks after the end of the course
- 1 August 2010 for year-long courses
