Deadlines for 2010-11

The following deadlines are for all courses except Access to HE. There are separate deadlines for Access to HE programmes.

Learner Registration (LR) spreadsheets

Centres must return the Learner Registration (LR) spreadsheets by EDI as soon as possible after the course begins and by the following deadlines:

• for short courses (less than 12 weeks duration) within 25 working days of the start date of the course;
• for all other courses within 40 working days of the start date of the course.

If centres register learners after these timelines a late registration fee may be charged.

Return of Recommendation for Award of Credit (RAC) forms

Recommendation for Award of Credit (RAC) forms must be returned as soon as possible after external verification but no later than 12 weeks from the end date of the course.
