Designed for those undertaking the administrative role in centres delivering OCN accredited provision and their managers.

At the end of the session participants will be able to:
- Understand OCNLR’s system for learner registration and how they can register learners
- Understand OCNLR’s system for registering training courses and how they can register new courses
- Understand OCNLR’s system for issuing certificates to successful learners and the steps they need to follow to obtain certificates
- Identify their OCNLR centre admin contact
Training content
- Brief overview of action prior to registering learners
- Time-scale to register learners
- Demonstration of on-line registration using Electronic Data Interface (EDI)
- Recommendation of Award of Credit - OCNLR’s responsibilities
- Recommendation of Award of Credit - centre’s responsibilities
- Guidance on completing Recommendation of Award of Credit form
- Issue and reissue of certificates

- Eligible as contribution to CPD hours (attendance certificate issued on request)
